She was raised in Yewa Ayetoro, Egbado, Ogun State, where she first began her education at Sunshine Primary School until being compelled to transfer to Temidire Primary School when her father was transferred to NITEL.
After getting her first diploma, Jaiye Kuti enrolled in Ikorodu High School for secondary education.
