Court Of Appeal Gives Reason Why INEC Should Reconfigure Presidential Election Information On The BVAS

The Court of Appeal has turned down the request of the Labour Party’s Presidential candidate, Mr. Peter Gregory Obi seeking to stop the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, from reconfiguring the BVAS equipment used for the conduct of the February 25 Presidential election.

It would be recalled that the former governor of Anambra state had stormed the court to ensure that the request of the electoral body to wipe off all information on the BIVAS machine isn't granted

However, the court has now turned down Peter obi's request
