Chelsea FC management sets to Set A Price Tag On Mason Mount Ahead Of The Summer Transfer Window [See full details]

Mason Mount's asking price has reportedly been determined by Chelsea FC in advance of the summer transfer window's opening.

Mason Mount, an English midfielder, is apparently going to be sold by Chelsea FC this summer, and the club has reportedly fixed a price after hearing interest from teams like Bayern Munich, Liverpool, and Manchester United.

According to reports, Chelsea would seek 70 million pounds from any team willing to buy the midfielder. This comes only days after it was said that both parties were unable to come to terms on a potential contract extension for Mount, who had won Chelsea's player of the year award for the previous two years.
After investing about £600 million in new players during the summer transfer window, Chelsea is eager to raise money this summer.

The Athletic have now reported that they hope to make £70m from Mount this summer, if they can't come to terms with him on a new deal.

It remains to be seen whether their valuation is realistic, given that clubs could sign him up on a free transfer once his contract expires in 2024.

Both Manchester clubs, Newcastle and Tottenham have all monitored developments surrounding Mount, but the club with perhaps the most serious interest in the Premier League is Liverpool.
